I am fortunate to see many of my clients multiple times over the years as they add to their growing family. I had done newborn photos for this family back in 2020 and was excited to hear they were adding a little girl to the mix. Little Miss Evelyn.

This beautiful girl came in with her family which included big brother Oliver. I have been fortunate enough to capture memories over the years for this family, including maternity for both pregnancies and Oliver’s first year photos. It was now Evelyn’s turn for her photos.
Big brother is a wee bit smitten with his baby sister
The first task at hand was getting a few pictures of Oliver with his baby sister. He was so smitten with her. He did a great job holding her and gave me a big smile as well. I remember Oliver was a Little Rock star during his newborn session a couple of year ago and was hoping little sister would be as equally cooperative. However Evelyn had her own ideas for her session.
This girl gave me a run for my money…
Evelyn loved being wrapped. As long as she was wrapped and left alone, all was well. If I moved her or started to undress her, she let me know that was not okay. She made sure I worked for every photo I captured of her.
Sometimes you just have to take what the baby is giving you and simply change the game plan. We did many wrapped poses and I was able to capture some beautiful images of this girl. She is certainly stunning. She may also be a little diva in the making…time will tell!
