It is imperative to Images by Torri Howard to ensure the safety of all clients, whether working at the studio, outdoors or on location. Sanitization procedures have always been a top priority for newborn sessions with regular cleaning and washing of all props, wraps and surfaces at the studio. With COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions when working with all clients. Images by Torri Howard is taking every step possible to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Below are the current protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of Images by Torri Howard, our community and YOU!

MASK GUIDELINES

Masking requirements in Washington State have been lifted. We are giving all families the choice whether to wear a mask or not. If you would like Torri to wear a mask for your session, she is happy to do so. Simply notify me prior to arriving for your session. If you are comfortable without masks (and Torri is comfortable with the current rate of spread in the community), everyone in the studio can go un-masked. This is subject to change at anytime depending on current rate of spread.

ZERO PENALTY RESCHEDULING & NO OVERLAPPING

All indoor studio sessions booked on the same day are now further apart to leave time for cleaning between sessions. In addition, there is no penalty for rescheduling or postponing your booked session due to a COVID-19 exposure or concern.

STUDIO CLEANING PROCEDURES

Images by Torri Howard utilizes all measures possible to ensure studio cleanliness and sanitization. These measures include disinfecting all hard and soft surfaces with disinfectant (baby safe) after each session. In addition wraps, blankets, clothing items that were used during a session will be laundered after each session. Hand sanitizer if readily available in the studio and Torri sanitizes her hands several times during the session while working with your baby. It is important to note that my studio is located in the bottom floor of my townhome in it’s own contained space and has it’s own bathroom.

VACCINATION

Torri and all family members living in the household are fully vaccinated & boosted.

NO CONTACT PAYMENT, ONLINE CONTRACTS AND SESSION PREP

Images by Torri Howard utilizes online (no-contact) invoicing and payments and contracts.
