Late summer evenings in the Pacific Northwest are absolutely the best. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful area of the country. It is a photographers dream. This evening was a little cool, but perfect for maternity photos of this couple at the beach.

I met up with this couple at the Edmonds Waterfront. This has quickly become a favorite spot to capture maternity phots. The water in the background along with an occasional ferry boat provided the perfect backdrop.
This couple was beautiful. Amala came to the studio a couple of weeks before the session to try on maternity dresses in my gown collection. She found the perfect dress for their session. She looked absolutely stunning.
